My professional background spans various industries, including Healthcare, Human Services, Case Management, Professional Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Administration. This extensive experience enables me to effectively support clients across all professional levels—from recent graduates and mid-level professionals to C-suite executives and seasoned leaders.

Throughout my career, I have worked on numerous recruiting projects for organizations, honing my skills and building a deep expertise in talent acquisition. My experience allows me to provide clients with the technical knowledge and strategic insights they need to succeed in their careers. At Bee Defined Consulting, I focus on helping clients embrace and maximize their innate talents while enhancing their contributions and impact on their organizations. My coaching style is centered on empathy, active listening, and personalized guidance, empowering clients to navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity.

In addition to my role as a Career Coach, Professional Development & Executive Coach, I provide industry-leading recruiting strategies and hiring insights to support our coaching and consulting service delivery and lead our partnerships and engagements with schools and universities. 

 

I hold an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Walden University. I am currently pursuing a SHRM certification from the Society for Human Resource Management with an expected completion December 2024. My academic journey has provided a solid foundation for my career in coaching and recruitment, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I cherish spending quality time with my family and friends, making memories that last a lifetime. I have a deep love for fashion and serve as an Image Consultant and Stylist, as well as a creative director for various brands. Additionally, I mentor young ladies, leading a program that strives to instill confidence and self-esteem, thereby enhancing their self-development.
