My background in education, vocational career programs, hospitality, and operations management gives me insights into how to identify and highlight the experiences that matter most. This has enabled me to understand professionals from multiple perspectives and I leverage that to help clients uncover the right language and content that aligns with their desired career path and targeted roles. By connecting those dots, I’m able to drive out the aligned experiences that elevate their branding documents, positioning them more effectively in the market and helping them achieve stronger results.

 

At Bee Defined Consulting, I serve as the Professional Branding Lead. In this role, I lead resume and LinkedIn development, guide both one-on-one and group branding sessions, and collaborate closely with our career and performance coaches to ensure branding aligns with each client’s broader goals. I also play a strategic role in shaping and evolving Bee Defined’s branding methodology, ensuring we continue to deliver best-in-class services that empower our clients to succeed.

 

I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and an Academy Certified Resume Writer (ACRW), with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Sales & Meeting Management from Johnson & Wales University. My education and certifications have given me a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and client service, skills I bring into every client engagement.

 

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy planning travel adventures with my family, cheering on Boston sports teams, and spending time in the stands supporting my daughter at her softball and basketball games.
