My career is rooted in business and organizational transformation, performance optimization, and technology integration. I hold an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Capella University.

With extensive experience across private, public, government, and nonprofit sectors across multiple industries, I am recognized as a strategic influencer and trusted advisor who excels at growing individuals both professionally and personally. I lead by example, maintaining a balance between strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.

I bring over 20 years of experience in the United States Navy having served as a mechanic and diver on special operations submarines. This background showcases my technical expertise and leadership skills, managing complex operations and maintenance tasks under challenging conditions. My Navy career culminated in my role as Executive Director of Navy Recruiting, where I oversaw recruiting operations across multiple states and managed a large team of military and civilian personnel.

As part of the Bee Defined Consulting team, I proudly serve as Career Coach, Professional Development & Executive Coach, and Business Consultant. I also lead special projects in recruiting, business consulting, and client service delivery.
