I am DeMichael Adkison, a Certified Life Coach with a passion for helping others discover and harness their full potential. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I have always been driven by an enthusiasm for personal development and community empowerment. Having navigated and overcome many challenges on my journey to finding my purpose, I live by the motto, "Keep it moving!"

I earned my associate degree from Collin College and am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of North Texas. I hold certifications as a Professional Life Coach and a Master Life Coach. With over 20 years of experience across the real estate, auto, retail, and professional coaching industries, my focus has been on operations, people development, client experience, and community development.

My professional journey has equipped me with extensive experience in building high-performing teams through effective training and learning and development initiatives, including work-life and performance coaching. I have earned a reputation for positively impacting individual and team performance.

In 2020, I launched One Hundred Life Coaching & Consulting focused on personal growth and development. This endeavor allowed me to channel my love for empowering people into a dedicated coaching model. In partnership with Bee Defined Consulting, I helped build a holistic coaching approach that bridges the gap between professional aspirations and personal life factors, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive support. My coaching style emphasizes a personalized, empathetic, and strategic approach, aiming to empower individuals to achieve their full potential both professionally and personally.

In addition to serving as a Personal Performance & Life Coach here at Bee Defined Consulting, I also spearhead our marketing, media, and client service delivery initiatives. Additionally, I serve as the Co-Founder of Bee One Growth & Development and Bee One Empowerment, focusing on empowering individuals to bee one with their professional and personal lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, indulging in karaoke, and exploring new restaurants and food dives. I cherish moments with my fiancée and children and am also an artist who loves writing poetry. My work was published in the early 2000s and even featured in a Coca-Cola Olympics commercial in the '90s! I am a lover of life and all the possibilities it has to offer.
