With a dynamic background in executive support, counseling, and research, I bring a unique blend of strategic administrative, program delivery expertise, and people-centered service to every role I take on. I hold a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Having spent several years in mental health counseling and career development, I value the opportunity to leverage this knowledge to help individuals navigate personal and professional challenges. I have always been fueled by a deep commitment to empowering others to achieve their goals. My clinical experience includes work at Greywood Health Center, Homestretch, and the Community Counseling Services Center, where I provided one-on-one coaching, crisis intervention, and data-informed treatment planning.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois, a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I’m also an active member of the American Counseling Association, International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, and the Chicago Career Professionals Network. I thrive in environments where detail, advocacy, and empathy intersect—and I’m passionate about using my skills to support high-performing teams and meaningful missions.
At Bee Defined Consulting, I’m able to leverage this extensive background to deliver on the important work we do to support career professionals, businesses, and organizations reach their full potential. I am proud to serve as Client Services Coordinator.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Chicago’s food scene, cheering on the Miami Dolphins, or spending time with family and friends.
