Beena has taught individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life how to create a more rewarding and fulfilling career through hard work, diligence, and smarts. She has worked with individuals with varying professional levels, industries, and interests - from college students, to mid-level directors, C-Suite executives, business owners and retirees.

She serves as Executive Career Coach, Business Advisor, and Speaker bringing a holistic coaching approach to personal and professional growth. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and is a Certified Career Coach. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Beena is also known for her commitment to social responsibility. She has been actively involved in fostering work-life strategies including diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and gender equality while promoting sustainability and environmental initiatives. She is also a sought-after speaker and has been invited to speak at various conferences and events.
Beena is looking forward to her upcoming wedding and gaining three amazing step-children. She hopes to travel to new places, meet new people, and create new experiences. She is dedicated to leading a life of service and is passionate about furthering her own personal growth and development.
Aubrey Baig is a highly motivated and dedicated professional who serves as the Client Services Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Aubrey pursued her passion for education and graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education. In her college years, Aubrey served as the Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, managing all aspects of recruitment planning, training, and execution.
Aubrey leads our client service initiatives enabling a seamless and exceptional client experience. She provides our team with business management and project management expertise managing the day-to-day operations and people support functions. She brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to her work every day, and is committed to helping our clients succeed.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Aubrey enjoys reading, painting, organizing, and cooking. She is a devoted wife and family member and cherishes the time she spends with her loved ones.
Stephanie Nishimori has over 10 years’ of experience in Human Resources with a focus on training and development, recruiting, and facilitation. She has worked in multiple industries, both in the United States and South Korea, which has allowed her to adapt to the rapidly changing workforce and bring a broad view of the challenges facing job seekers and employers.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and her Master's Degree in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University. Stephanie has also earned her SHRM-CP through the Society of Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is a lifelong learner and has taken many additional courses to continue to develop her skills in Human Resources and Leadership.
Stephanie’s most recent work has been in federal contracting supporting the development of strategic work plans and credential development for the Department of Defense. She also has extensive experience writing resumes and LinkedIn profiles for private sector positions and federal employees throughout the years. Her understanding of the unique differences between both writing styles allows for a robust product that will be personalized to each person and their desired role and industry.
Stephanie leads our resume, LinkedIn, and personal branding initiatives supporting individuals at all professional levels from students to Executives. In addition to providing essential and results-driven documents to enable the transition between private and public sector and non-profit and for-profit, Stephanie works extensively with our clients to provide them with valuable insights into how to translate their work experience and achievements towards their new career path.
Supporting the Veteran and Military Community is something that Stephanie is incredibly passionate about. She is a Military Spouse who actively advocates for her community and has developed an impressive network over the years in support of the Military Community and the unique issues facing them with employment, stability, and growth.
Personal Performance & Life Coach, Speaker

DeMichael Adkison is a Certified Life Coach. He a native of Dallas, Texas and has always had a fire and enthusiasm for helping others find the best in themselves. Having navigated and overcome many tough challenges on the road to his purpose, he understands that life is a marathon. His life motto is " keep it moving!”. DeMichael earned his associate degree from Collin College and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of North Texas. He holds a Professional Life Coaching and Master Life Coaching certification.
He brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate, auto, retail, and professional coaching industries with a focus on operations, people development, customer experience, and community development. He has experience in building high-performing teams through effective recruiting and retention programs including learning and development initiatives such as work-life and performance coaching. He has earned a reputation for making a positive impact on both individual and team performance.
His love for empowering people led him to launch his own Life & Personal Performance coaching practice called One Hundred Life Coaching & Consulting. In 2020, Bee Defined partnered with him to build a coaching model that delivers holistic coaching to our clients bridging the gap that often comes when individuals merge their professional aspirations with life factors. In addition to serving as a Life & Personal Performance Coach, DeMichael leads our marketing, media, and community development initiatives.
Outside of work, he enjoys hanging out with family and friends and doing a little karaoke. He loves spending time with his fiance and children, and looking for the best restaurants and food dives. DeMichael is also an artist and writes poetry. His work was published in the early 2000’s and also appeared in a Coca-Cola Olympics commercial in the 90’s! He is a lover of life and the possibilities that it has to offer.

Ali Zillmer is a Certified Career Coach with a background in research, community and international development, and education. Ali received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Spanish, and English Language and Literature from Grand Valley State University in Michigan and is completing her Master of Education in Instruction and Curriculum.
Ali has extensive experience providing learning and development instruction and mentorship to enable individuals to succeed. She has worked with youth leadership groups in both her hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan and abroad. Throughout her time as a personal tutor and a Secondary English Instructor, she successfully supported and mentored hundreds of individuals. Ali champions individual growth and development, bringing great empathy and positivity to her interactions with others.
Ali takes initiative and opportunities to learn new cultures and visit foreign places; she has studied in Spain and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua. These endeavors have strengthened her global perspective and strong capacity to work with individuals from different backgrounds. She brings that ability to think broadly and embrace diverse perspectives to her work which has cultivated her coaching style. She serves as a dedicated Career Coach and is an ongoing contributor to our publications and curriculum development.
Ali is an avid reader with a great interest in health, wellness, and self-improvement. While she enjoys sharing her knowledge, she is most passionate about supporting others to reach their goals and become the most fulfilled versions of themselves, both professionally and personally.
Tiesha is a Certified Career Coach and is passionate about serving others. After obtaining an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Walden University. She knew that helping others would be her career path. While working as an Administrative Assistant through college, she was presented with opportunities to assist with the recruiting process. Through various recruiting projects, Tiesha was introduced into the job market and human resources industry.
Tiesha’s background spans many industries including Recruiting, Healthcare, Human Services, Case Management, Office Administration. The experience she has gained has given her the ability to provide her clients with the technical knowledge and key insights to succeed in achieving their professional goals. She focuses her coaching on helping clients embrace and maximize their national talent while strengthening their contributions and impact on organizations.
In addition to her role as Career Coach, Tiesha provides industry-leading recruiting strategies and hiring expertise to support our internal business initiatives and generate more value for our business clients through our Business Advisory services.
When Tiesha isn't working, she loves to spend time with family and friends making memories. She loves fashion and also is an Image Consultant - Stylist, and creative director for various brands. She serves in many mentor capacities and leads a program that strives to instill confidence and self-esteem in young ladies improving their self-development.
