"My experience with Ms. Punatar far exceeded any expectations I had prior to our meeting. My intent in engaging a resume creator was to personally meet with the person. Ms. Punatar suggested, within 5 minutes of our telephone conversation, that we do so before I had the opportunity to mention it. "I am an Emergency Department Registered Nurse recently re-located to Chicago, IL from Detroit, MI.
