Today, our first series of 2022 continues with our favorite podcasts to listen to when you’re needing a bit of inspiration. Over at Bee Defined Consulting, podcasts are one of our favorite mediums because you can listen anywhere and at any time. Though the podcast market may be a bit oversaturated and it can feel daunting to have to wade through the catalog to find the perfect episode, we’ve done the hard work for you and compiled a list of shows that spark creativity, teach practical workplace skills, and provide the boost you might need to level up your career.


  1. “How I Built This” from NPR

Guy Raz hosts this long-running podcast from NPR that dives deep into the history of some of the world’s largest companies. Each episode runs for about an hour and is full of stories and lessons about what it takes to build a successful business. The podcast has spurred the creation of a companion book as well as an in-person conference filled with workshops, breakout sessions, and keynote speakers who have been featured on the podcast. With so many episodes to choose from, all listeners are sure to find an entrepreneur by whom they can be inspired.
